The March of “The Globalization of Tsai-mo Art” Chao-hu Huang, President, FIMA The Globa-lization of the unique Oriental style of Tsai-mo art is not only our Federation’s objective but is also shared by all Tsai-mo artists. Last year “ The First International Exhibition of Tsai-mo Art ” was presented in Taichung, which gathered the works of thirty-seven artists from ten different countries. The exhibition also visited three cities in the U.S.A. and Canada. We have invited more than forty celebrated artists from sixteen countries to take part in “ The Second International Exhibition of Tsai-mo Art ” in Taichung this year. The large-scale exhibition is also touring to Australia, Argentina and Macau, as we hope, the recognition of our works and the spread of our belief will form a new mainstream of Oriental art in the future. We are filled with ambition to head for the ideal of “ The globalization of Tsai-mo art ” . Meanwhile, we are developing our relations with other countries around the world in a gradual and systematic way. The Taichung Municipal Cultural Center and various offices have been wholly supportive and we are grateful to those who contribute to the arrival of a new era of Tsai-mo art.
